SDS-Pot Dispenser

The SDS Pot Dispensing System automatically dispenses pots and shuttle trays to reduce labor requirements on planting lines. Both round and square pots can be accommodated. In order to change pot sizes at the “turn of a switch,” several different size pot dispensers can be mounted in series on one belt. For longer production runs or seasonal plastic program changeovers, a single pot dispenser can be adjusted for different pot sizes and shuttle tray configurations.

  • Slim Continuous Model
      Round only: Up to 1320 trays per hour
  • Wide Air-Stop Model
      Round: Up to 900 trays per hour
      Square: Up to 700 trays per hour
  • Multiple heads for an individual tray can be installed for 50% increased speed

  • Electrical: 230VAC, 3 phase, 10 amps
  • Air: 10CFM @ 100PSI
