KV-L Filler
The KV-L filler is the new standard for versatility and reliability in the industry. The design of this filler places the soil hopper directly over the filling conveyor belt, which means it not only helps ensure complete, even filling of flats, trays and pots, it also takes up less space on the production floor. With direct drive motors, sealed gear
boxes and heavy-duty steel construction, it is built to provide years of low maintenance operation. In addition, because there is no soil elevator chain needed, there is less wear and tear on the hopper. Superior soil return
is achieved via two separate augers and a large powered outfeed roller section. The first auger runs under the entire length of the filling conveyor. The second auger is vertical and returns the excess soil from under the powered outfeed roller to the soil hopper on top. Capable of filling any style container up to 17.5" wide and
14" high, the KV-L is truely a flexible, reliable, and easy to use filler. |
