Vision and Blowout System State-of the-art vision and grading technology produces high speed grading of plugs at the beginning of
stage2 development. After grading, non-viable plugs are ejected from the tray to make room for insertion
of viable plugs. Trays are automatically placed on a 45 degree angle during plug ejection to ensure that
cells are entirely empty thus enabling the automatic Plug Consolidator to provide optimum results. The
industrial PC stores historical data as well as providing analysis graphs for operator review. Optional software is available to link data to network PC’s.
